Terms of Services

GENERAL● Please note that these terms of services and the rates given are applied to personal commissions only.
● If you’re interested in hiring me or using my work for commercial purposes, please reach out to me via email instead ( [email protected]) or send me a message through my social media.
● I do not take commissions on a first come first served basis.
● I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel like I don’t have the capacity to draw it or feel uncomfortable about it. I also reserve the right to cancel a commission and so do you, prior to payment.RATES & PAYMENT● The rates given in this situation are applicable only for personal commissions and are in no way reflecting my rates for commercial work.
● Rates are not set and can vary depending on work that the commissioner requests. Work with more complex details and NSFW illustrations will include additional fees.
● All prices are in $USD.
● I accept payment through PayPal, Square and e-transfer ( if you are in Canada).
● Payments made through PayPal and Square will come with an additional service fee.
● No refunds will be provided UNLESS you cancel the commission prior to me sending over the roughs. If you cancel the job after I send the roughs, you will be refunded 50%, and no refunds will be provided if the artwork is completed or near completion.
● I will only start working when I have received the full payment upfront OR 50% before roughs, and then the other 50% after the roughs have been approved.
● Tips are appreciated but not mandatory!
● We can discuss a payment plan if you’re unable to pay the full amount upfront.COMMISSIONS & COPYRIGHTS● I will only accept visual references since I am more of a visual person. I can work with black and white references with colours as written descriptions as well. However, I will not accept AI generated images as reference.
● Please provide me with a little description of your character as well so I know what they are like and I can capture their essence as much as I can. Nothing too fancy, a few sentences can work just fine!
● I will offer up to 3 revisions on the artwork. Anything more will be billed accordingly.
● Please give me one to two months to complete your commission. If I need more time, I will let you know as soon as I can.
● I will send you roughs and work in progress if you ask for them, but you are not permitted to share or post those.
● I will send you both a .png and .jpeg HIGH resolution of your commission.
● Once you receive your commission, you may post it on your social media, with proper credits of course.
● However, I still maintain full copyright of the illustrations meaning that you are not permitted to use them for any commercial purposes. This is for your own personal use only.
● You are NOT allowed however to feed my work ( that includes sketches, roughs, WIPs and final pieces) into generative AI engines, even if it's for your own personal entertainment.
● I still retain all copyrights to my artwork and that includes rights to distribute, reproduce and re-use the image for self-promotional purposes on social media or in my portfolio.
● Please do not remove the watermark.
